The best express breakfast ever for straight gain muscle!

Everybody knows how important it is to have a proper breakfast, especially if you want to build muscle. But it is still hard to wake up in the early morning and cook a nice and healthy breakfast. Isn’t it better to stay in bed as much as you can when you know you have a long hard and stressful working day coming soon… That’s why we are bringing to you (all the lazy boy!) a good recipe to do a sensational breakfast : the high protein milkshake! ! !

In a blender, mix a scoop of 100% whey protein, a scoop of micellar casein, 3 or 4 pieces of Weetabix and complete all with fat free milk. For those who wants to add a little bit of taste, we recommend to add some peanut butter. Then blend it properly and it’s ready to serve!

Why it’s the best breakfast ever? First because it’s so easy and quick to do (So you can stay in bed as long as you can!). Also It got everything that you need to properly start you day with a amount of protein (more than 50g!!!!). The whey will help you to recover the hard night you had. The casein will make sure that during the whole morning you’ll get the required amount of protein that your body needs in order to maintain your muscle mass but also to build up some new. the milk will give you protein, different from the whey and the casein, but also amino acids and other elements that will speed up a bit the building muscles process.
